Hi, Everyone!

Welcome to my 52-week project Blog.

First of all. I am part of a Blog circle with some amazing Photographers from around the world. Each week we have a photography theme, WEEK 17 - LOW KEY.
Well, my studio is nearly built, It's not very big but will be so good to be able to set up my lights and just play whenever I like. It will be a studio plus storage room as my props are falling out the door of the tiny room inside the house. So even though it's not painted and has bare cement on the floor, I couldn't resist setting up my lights to have a play with some low key. I decided to do some underneath-cats shots, note to self make sure glass is really clean and no scratches, I had to do a lot of processing in ps. I'll be buying a nice new bit of glass to try again once the studio is finished. The glass I used is off a very old small round table so I couldn't put my dog on it as it wasn't very stable, cats have such better balance then my dog has. My subjects for this shoot are Bianco my foster fail, and Bella who is owned by Tanika. I wish I gave myself more time with this weeks theme.

This is my Beautiful Bianco!!!  I love how he is looking straight into the camera <3

Love this! I wonder how much space you needed from the glass to the floor? It's a neat look!

It was probably under a meter high, next time will make it a little higher. Can't wait to try again with new glass.

I love this creative take and unique perspective! I've seen this done here and there and always thought it'd be fun to try. You nailed it!
